Michele, I am so sorry. My Pop (Step-Dad) Fordyce Moore was Gene’s uncle and Gene, Bug and Johnny were always around when I was growing up. They were more than step relatives they were like Uncles to me. I hadn’t seen Gene in years, since Pop’s death probably. I hope you find peace, I know it’s hard. Love to you and your family.
Michele, I’m so sorry to hear this! Gene is and was one of the good guys. I spent many years of my life working with Gene and the gang. Watched all your kids grow up and become parents. Gene was always helpful to me and kind! My prayers are with you and your family forever! Heaven has another angel!

Gene was one in a million. He was quick to lend a helping hand and never expected anything in return. He loved his family so much. He will be missed.
Love and prayers to you all.
Gene was the best brother/friend a sister could ask for! He is truly my hero! And one of the good guys!
