Robin Catherine (Catie) Johnson was born sleeping, February 2, 2023. She is the daughter of Derek Kendal and Marcille JoAnn Johnson of Florence, AL. She leaves behind her two brothers, Brock Matthew and Beau Henley, also of Florence, AL, Her grandmother, Kathy Diane Johnson of Killen, AL, her Uncle Donald L. Johnson Jr., (DJ) of Florence, AL, her grandfather, David Aaron Davidson of Houston, TX, her Aunt Melanie Jane Jenkins, and Uncle T’ontae Jenkins, and cousin Maelie Rae Jenkins, of Huntsville, AL, and a large extended family.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Robin DeVane Davidson, of Houston, TX; her grandfather Dr. Donald Lee Johnson of Killen, AL; and her grandfather, Kenneth Ray Parker of Houston, TX.

Catie was a blessing to our family, a wonderful, anticipated surprise princess. It is with great sorrow that we now mourn for her instead of celebrating her arrival. She is named after her grandmother who passed away just 6 days before she did.

We would like to thank the nurses and staff of the Labor and Delivery floor and Dr. Stephen Keith at North Alabama Medical Center for their kindness, compassion, and understanding throughout her delivery and our grieving.

We would also like to thank our friends and family for their outpouring of love and support.
