Arnold Hall, age 85, Florence, AL went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 31, 2023.
Arnold was born in Northport, AL He was the son of Coley and Helen Hall.
Arnold (Ziff) retired from Champion Papers with 27 years of dedicated service. He was a deacon of First Baptist Church of Florence.
He is survived by his wife Minanelia (Nena) Herndon Hall, and Sister Ilean Mathis.
Father to Johnny (Brenda) Hall, Byron (Carol) Hall, Cindy Jones and Carol (Glen) Anderson.
Granddaddy to Chase, Ben and Olivia Hall; Cody Hall and Jordan Nunnelley; Avery,Taylor, and Morgan Jones (deceased); Anna, Rachel, Ansel Anderson and Megan Anderson Ribbens.
Great Granddaddy to Aiden Nunnelley; Audrey and Charlotte Ribbens.
Visitation will be at The First Baptist Church of Florence on Tuesday, April 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with funeral to follow. Burial will be at Tri Cities Memorial Gardens.

We late grateful for the friendship that we have had for many years. Our love and prayers go to the entire family. Praise now that Arnold is all well now and enjoying Heaven with the Lord and family already there.

Sending prayers of peace and comfort to the entire family. Arnold was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He made my summers in Florence with my dad and Carol extra special. I’ll forever cherish my memories of playing dominoes with him (hold the phone!). He made me feel like I was a part of the Hall family and I’m forever grateful to have known him.
Byron, I’m so sorry to hear about your dad. I’m preaching out of town today and won’t be able to make it to the funeral. Praying for you and all the family.
