Cynthia “Cindy” Robyn Rickard, age 61, of Florence, passed away April 24, 2023. Visitation will be Saturday, April 29 from 11:30 – 1:30 pm at Williams Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens with Matt Heupel officiating.

Cindy is preceded in death by her father, Daniel C. Sharp.

Survivors include her husband of thirty-nine years, Bobby Rickard Jr.; mother, Pauline “Pat” Sharp; son, Taylor D. Rickard; and daughter, Whitney L. Rickard.  Additional survivors include her sister, Kelli Sharp Harwell (Brandon); numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Cindy was a 1979 graduate of Bradshaw High School and a member of the Church of Christ. She loved to travel, enjoyed visiting the beach and entertaining her friends. She also enjoyed taking cruises. Cindy was always the light of a room and never met a stranger. She was the epitome of happiness in human form.

Pallbearers will be nephews.

  4. I am so sorry about Cindy. She was always so kind and sweet to me and everyone else she came in contact with. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with all the family, and especially to her Mother, my sweet friend Pat Sharp.
