Carol Ann Presley Trapp, age 77, of Tuscumbia, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023. Visitation will be Sunday, July 9th from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Brother Bruce Blankenship officiating. Burial will be at Colbert Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Joel Mitchell, Tommy Sockwell, Paul and Larry Trapp, Chad Pate, and Randy Simpson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Max Kennedy, Jerry Wilbanks, and Dr. Jeremy Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm and Josephine Presley; sister, Mary Jo Mathews.
Survivors are her husband, Jeff Trapp; children, Christy Sockwell (Tommy) and Paul Trapp (Courtney); brother, Don Pressley (Wanita); grandchildren, Lorin, Anna, Coraleigh, Ava, and a special pet “Josie”.
Carol loved her flower and vegetable garden.

I am so sorry I know you loved Carol for she loved you both as her own and I love her for it. The grandchildren loved her and looked forward to seeing her. She was a true blessing. Heaven sent. I loved her too.
