Teresa Lynn McCarley, age 66, of Florence, passed away September 16, 2023. Visitation will be Thursday, September 21 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home. The funeral service will start at 2:00 pm with Avon White officiating and burial will immediately follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, Lois and BW Miller, son, Chris White, sister, Denise Myrick; and brother, Wayne Miller.
She is survived by her children, Jason White (Beth) and Sheree Richey (Emily Peden); siblings; Gail Smith (Tom); Shirley Morgan, Wade Miller, and Johnny Miller. Additional survivors include grandchildren, Kyle, Christopher, Marshall, Ricky, Jacob, Anna, Dalota, Rachael, and Ashton; great-granddaughter, Eva White.
Teresa enjoyed watching Walker Texas Ranger, In the Heat of the Night and Braves Baseball. She enjoyed taking care of her children and grandchildren. When she was the happiest was when she had a cup of coffee, a cigarette, and her favorite TV shows playing. Keeping a clean house was her number one priority!
In lieu of flowers make donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Mother always wanted to send money there.
Appreciation expressed to the family who always took care of her in later years and Dr. Ahmed’s office.

Sheree I love you and I loved Teresa. I was proud of the time you and Emily enjoyed with her. I know you will miss this sweet lady and her special personality. I am very proud of you speaking at her funeral. God bless you and the family during this difficult time. I love you. Praying for each of you.
