Barbara Ann Rikard Masonia age 75, of Florence, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023. The graveside service will be at 2 pm Friday, October 20, at Greenview Memorial Gardens. No visitation is scheduled.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Masonia; parents, Edna Devaney Rikard and Stanley Rikard; sisters, Evelyn Pounders, and Gerldine Logan; brother, Melvin Rikard; and stepson, Chuck Masonia.
She is survived by her son, Brandon Masonia; bonus children, Anita Masonia Box (Paul), Glenda (Sissy) Masonia Luider, Glen Masonia Jr. (Lori) and Danny Carlisle (Cella). Additional survivors include sisters, Gloria Sertic, Carolyn Taylor and Lois Sparks; grandchildren, Kaylee Masonia, Easton Masonia; fourteen bonus grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Zayden Masonia; thirty-two bonus great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews which she loved very much.
She was a member of the Church of Christ and worked for Cotton States/Country Insurance with Bill Mardis and Mike Franks.

Sweet Barbara Ann. She is very missed. I have so many memories of her and Glenn coming to my house on weekends and the men would cook up something good on the grill and Barbara and I would cook up something in the kitchen. I miss those days and I miss Barbara. She was a very sweet and kind lady. She had a bit of shyness about her but she was taking everything in. She remembered everything. She and Glenn are chatting now and I know he’s agravating her too. Love and miss you Barbara, Don and Mary Ann Masonia Odom
