Jennifer Lee Wear, age 51, of Birmingham, Alabama, formerly of Florence, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 15, 2023. A graveside service will be on Sunday, October 29^th at 2:00 pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Leoma Tennessee.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Gayle McCracken; father, Horace Edward Wear; brother, Shane David Wear; maternal grandparents, Margaret Ann Bailey Wright; Luther B. McCracken; paternal grandparents, Nellie Wear Crittenden and Claude, Jr. Wear.

Survivors are the father of her children, Jay Novem; sons, Christopher S. Novem and Cody T. Novem; brother, Matt Wear (Christy; grandson, Nathinel Thomas Lynn Novem; several aunts and cousins that loved her.

Jennifer was a graduate of Wilson High School in Lauderdale County. She was very fun and had an energetic personality. She grew up caring for animals and especially any stray dogs or cats she and her mother saw that was in need. She had a genuine love of people that she had learned from her father and mother and grandparents and never met a stranger and could always find a friend. Memorials may be made to any charity of choice in memory of Jennifer Lee Wear.
