I’m so sorry to hear this. I loved Mr. Eardie so much. I could sit for hours and listen to the stories he would tell. He was a true friend.

I know how hard it’s been for the family lately.
I too was very saddened by the passing of Eardie.
He was very special to me, and I will always remember him fondly.
I wanted you to know that my thoughts are with you all.
There’s nothing I can say to help ease the pain, but at least I can and will share in your sadness.

Mr. Ray became a fixture in our family after he and my Mom Betty Pickens became reunited after not seeing each other for going on 50 years. Mom and Mr. Ray had some good years together before he past and we cared very much for him. He was good to Momma and I know she will miss him terribly.
