Wanda Gail Miller Smith, age 72, of Florence, passed away Monday, February 5, 2024. Visitation will be Friday, February 9th from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Brother Daniel Michael officiating. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Park.
She was preceded in death by her parents, B.W. and Lois Miller; sisters, Denise Myrick, Teresa McCarley and infant sister Helen Miller; brother, Wayne Miller.
Survivors are her husband Tom Smith; children, Dewayne Lane (Tonya), Angela Cromwell (Troy), and Karen Price (Daniel); sister Shirley Morgan; brothers, Johnny Miller and Wade Miller; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Heather, John, Abigail, and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Jasper, Ronin, Eleanor, and Harvey.
Gail was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and was a supporter of various children’s organizations.
In-lieu of flowers, she requested memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research and Easterseals.
