Lillian “Kay” Moore, age 88, of Florence, Alabama passed away on February 5th, 2024. A memorial visitation will be held Friday February 16th, 2024, from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Williams Funeral Home of Florence.
She was preceded by her parents Marion and Jewell Smith and her brother Marion Smith.
Kay is survived by her husband of 65 years, Joe N. Moore; one daughter, Tracy Stubblefield (Chuck); one granddaughter, Katie Roney (Matt); seven great-grandchildren, C.J., Anna, Drew, Zack, Williow, Lillian, and Theo Roney; numerous nieces and nephews.
Kay’s beautiful smile will be missed by all who love her.

I loved Kaye as not only a resident, but a friend. It’s so hard in this field of work to not only care for but love and become family to each other. I miss you and love you so much sweet lady.
Kay was such a sweet lady. I’ve know she and Joe for at least 20 years. She was so funny and good natured lady! So many fun afternoons/nights at Big League and Dan McGuiness. I will truly miss her.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Joe, Tracy and their family. Kay was such a beautiful soul! What a wonderful laugh, beautiful smile and a kind heart! She will be missed!
