Her deep love for the Lord led to her involvement with numerous ministries including SS Hope, the world’s first peacetime hospital ship; Doctors Without Borders, a ministry bringing medical care to people in crisis around the world; Sacred Road Ministries, a church planting ministry dedicated to the Takama (Washington) and Warm Springs (Oregon) Indian reservations; and Young Life, an outreach and discipleship ministry to teens.
