Mrs. Lisa Miller Moore, age 64, of Killen, passed away November 28, 2024.  Mrs. Moore was a member of First Baptist Church of Center Star and loved her Sunday school class. She loved thrift store shopping, gospel concerts, her grand babies and her dogs, Fancy, Bentley and Jax.

The visitation will be Sunday, December 1st, from 12:30 – 2 PM at the First Baptist Church Center Star (6620 US-72, Killen, AL 35645) with the service following at 2 pm, with Bro. Ronny Jones officiating. The burial will be at Piney Grove cemetery. Pallbearers will be Taylor Ferguson, Weston Ferguson, Joseph Fersugon, Jackson Allen, Trevor Wear and Hayden Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be her Sunday school class.

She was preceded  in death by her dad,  JT Miller and her husband, Delvin Moore.

She is survived by her  mother; Morine Rice, daughter, April Fergurson (Joe), sons,  Chase Coleman (Emileigh), Rob Moore (Vanessa)   and sister Shelia Carnathan (Mike).

She is also survived by grandchildren, Kasidye Wear (Trevor), Weston Ferguson, Taylor Ferguson (Mollie),  and Willow Grace Coleman; great grandchildren  Ryker Lee Dillard and Everleigh Raye and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and best friend Elaine Faust.

  1. Lisa has always been the sweetest and kindest person to everyone around her. She truly Loved Like Jesus! I was blessed to call her a dear friend for over forty years. She has gone to God’s Glory and again with the love of her life. Much love and prayers for April and Chase and all of their families. Lisa dearly loved them so very much. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
