Nyla Jane Dennis, age 74, of Florence, passed away January 11, 2025.  Visitation will be Friday, January 24 at Williams Funeral Home from 12:00 – 2:00 pm with the service starting at 2:00 pm and James Senn officiating.  Burial will follow in Central Community Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.

She was preceded by her daughter, Stacy Darlene Dennis Hollins; brothers, Archie Haynes and Mayburn Haynes; and great-great granddaughter, Carlie Autumn Frasemer.

Nyla is survived by her husband, Troy Wayne Dennis, Sr.; son, Troy Wayne Dennis, Jr.; grandchildren, Tabitha Hollins Ballew, Mercades Hollins Ricketts and Jessica Dennis; great-great-grandchildren, Maddalynn Rose Ballew, and Jaxson Levi Ricketts.

Nyla had a passion for embroidery, custom sewing, and gardening. She also enjoyed spending time visiting antique shops and shopping for unique finds. And, without a doubt, she loved dining out.
