Nellie Frances Watkins, age 78, of Muscle Shoals, passed away on May 11, 2025, Visitation will be Friday, May 16, 2025, from 11:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. at Williams Funeral Home of Florence.  Graveside services will follow at 1:00 P.M. at Barkley Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother Lucille Rhodes. One brother, Alfred “Big Apple” Rhodes. And one great granddaughter, Carlie Frasemer and one niece Pam Hogan.

Nellie is survived by one daughter, Sharon Frasemer (David).  Two grandchildren, Brian Frasemer and Joey Frasemer.  One great grandchild, Aaron Frasemer. One nephew.  And numerous cousins.
