Debra Diane Kelley Fowlkes age 68, of Florence, passed away May 11, 2025. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 16 at Williams Funeral Home at 4:00 pm.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann Williams Bogus; brother Johnny Kelley; and sister, Jennifer Bunnel.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Jimmy Fowlkes, Sr.; children, James Fowlkes, Jr. (Jamie), Jerry Lee Fowlkes, Jessie Fowlkes (Milicent Peters), Melissa George (Cody); and seven grandchildren.

Debbie was a nurse at Mitchell Hollingsworth. She was an excellent synchronizer swimmer at McArthur High School in Houston, Texas. She enjoyed spending time with her family; she was a proud grandmother.
