Linda Juanita Slaton McAfee, age 86, of Florence Alabama passed away on March 19th 2026. Visitation will be on Saturday, March 21st from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 12:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with burial at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Denny McAfee, sister; Sherry Patton, and grandson; Luke White.
Survivors are her children; Ricky Davis (Belinda), Lynn White, Chris McAfee (Jana), and Leslie Sockwell (Chris) Grandchildren; Sam Davis, Clint Davis, Leanna Clark, Matthew White, Megan White, Hannah White, Tucker McAfee, Alison McAfee, Loren Sockwell, Eli Sockwell, Jake Sockwell, Lilly Sockwell and numerous great-grandchildren.
Linda was a devout Christian, devoted wife and loving mother, and grandmother.

Linda was a sweet lady. I worked with her years ago at Genesco.
