George Edgar “Tim” Griffith, age 68, of Athens, AL. passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Tim is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Brown Griffith; son, Christopher “Tom” Hughes (Judith) and daughter, Harmony Griffith. He is also survived by his sister, Judith Berry (Russ); brothers; Gary Simpson and Lee Griffith; granddaughter, Vivian Griffith and many nieces and nephews.
Tim was retired as a USPS Semi driver and a US Army Veteran.
