Neil Spencer Cross, age 83, of Florence, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026. Visitation will be on Friday, August 21^th from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper and Mae Spencer Cross; sisters, Margaret Ann Streetmen and Lola Dean Cross; brother, Donald cross.

Survivors are his wife, Ann Carruth Cross; daughters, Cheryl Bowen (George), and Anneila Cross; grandchildren, Trey Bowen (Ashley Presley), Aunna Bowen (Stacy Credille), Faith Bowen (Aidan Mitchell), and Sungkyoung “Aron” Lee (Harin Choi), great-grandchildren, Ezer Lee, An Lee, and LeAnn Credille; niece, Pat Streetmen Bragwell; great niece and nephew, Nivea McInnish, MiMi McInnish Wood.

Neil worked his entire life, having started working at age 9 mowing grass and paper routes. He retired from Reynolds Metals after 35 years of service.
