Christopher Darrel McAlister, age 43, of Florence passed away March 7, 2022. Burial will be Sunday at 4:00 pm at Oakwood Cemetery in Sheffield. Following burial a celebration of life will take place at The Sweetwater Depot in Florence.
Christopher was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Billy Eugine Brasher and Faye Brasher; paternal grandparents, Lucile and Sydney McAlister.
Survivors include his parents, Ted and Carol McAlister; children, Kylee Bookhardt; sister, Jennifer McAlister; niece, Mary McAlister; lifelong best friends, Steven Tiggleman, Matt Yocom, and Kelly Bullion.
Christopher was a member of Church of the Highlands. He enjoyed playing video games, reading, cooking and kayaking.
