Kasonna Lyvette Scruggs, age 45, of Florence, passed away April 18, 2023. Her family will receive friends on Saturday, April 22, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Gary Roach officiating.
Ms. Scruggs was preceded in death by her brother, Gabe Carter; grandmother, Betty White; and grandfather, Harry Hampton, Jr.
Survivors include her mother, Phillette Hampton; siblings, Cory Hampton (Sarah), Marcus Carter, Deondre Hampton, Kiwana Scruggs Southern (Harry) and Jeremy Scruggs; God-daughter, Nylah Carter; and many loving nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
She loved baking and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed going to church with her mother.
