Rest In Peace William. To he family, I am so sorry for your loss. William meant a lot to me.
William was my supervisor for 8 1/2 years at the City. I found working for William an overall pleasant experience. He taught me a lot of things and I have been enriched by having known him. He is frequently in my thoughts as I reflect on what might be his approach to situations as they arise. I liked William a great deal. I am so sorry for the loss to his family.
