Rebecca Lynn Atkinson, age 43, of Florence passed away of December 22, 2019. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. at McFarland Park in Florence.
Becky loved her family and her friends. She loved get-together, bonfires, singing the old country songs. She loved riding the back roads with the windows down, radio blaring some Earl Thomas Conley or Keith Whitley. She had an infectious smile and through her sickness she formed a powerful bond with Jesus. I can only imagine her excitement when she saw his face. Becky told me recently”death doesn’t scare me, I know I am going to heaven but leaving my kids behind is breaking my heart.” Fly high sweet Angel”!
She was preceded in death by her husband Tony Reatherford, Daughter, Megan Nicole Reatherford, Grandparents, John & Verna Ruth Lard, Vernon & Mary Atkinson.
Survivors include her Mother, Jackie Lynn Senn, Father, Danny AtKinson “Connie”, Children, Alexis Reatherford, RussellReatherford, Brother, Christopher Atkinson “Jennifer”, Grandchildren, Emma Reatherford, Braylon Lawson, Colton Reatherford and neices and nephews Jesse, Skyler, Brandon, Alexis, Austin, Dalton,Jake, and Brianna.
