Jack Thomas Yarber, age 72 of Florence passed away on March 10, 2020. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Yarber mas was preceded in death by his parents, Jack & Helen Yarber.
Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years, Marion Joan Yarber; children, Nikki Yarber Michael ( Justin), Megan Victoria Yarber (Clay Eubank), sister, Sally Yarber Davis.
Mr. Yarber was a Educator for the City of Florence City Schools. He was a man who loved his family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Florence Lauderdale Animal Shelter, or HASRA.

Garver family, I wish I could be there. I have surgery, but wanted to let you know how much Mr Yaber meant to me. I took shop for three years and he was a great teacher. I still work in my shop and think about him when doing a project. There was only 2 years to take it, but he made a way for me to be a student teacher the last year. He taught me more than class material. I miss the class and tell others about him all the time . I know you will miss him as we all will. God bless during this time.
