Frances Louise Wilson McLin, age 70, of Savannah, TN, formerly of Florence, passed away October 9, 2020.  A graveside service will be held Monday, October 12, at 10:00 a.m. at Rogers Chapel Cemetery of Florence.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Christine Wilson; son, William Keith Cheek; and sisters, Leedale Kelly and Barbra Ann Fears.

Survivors include her son, Stacy Warren Cheek of Savannah; daughters, Angela Michelle Cheek of Savannah and Sarah Elizabeth Scott of Russellville, AL; sister, Betty Lou Coats; grandsons, Heath Scott and Austin Scott; granddaughter, Samantha Murphy; and great-grandsons, Brantly Murphy and Carter Murphy.

Frances was born in Florence, AL.  She lived in Savannah, TN.  Prior to her becoming disabled, she worked at the Wayne County Hospital in the dietary department for many years.

She was a loving mother who enjoyed visitors, working puzzle books and watching television.  She especially enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune and Saturday night gospel music.
