Loyd Thomas Cummings, Jr., age 87, of Florence, passed away December 27, 2020. A graveside service will be held at Mt. Zion Church of Christ Cemetery in Florence on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at 12:00 noon, with Brother Jeff Stutts officiating.
Mr. Cummings is survived by his wife, Hazel Dickens Cummings; children, Jerrill Roberson (Wayne), Chris Crunk (Stephanie); special son, Gary Cummings; special daughter, Debra Farris; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Pall bearers will be Gary Cummings, Wayne Roberson, Eddie Cummings, Aaron Cummings, Johnny Faulkner and James Matthews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Church of Christ for Meals on Wheels or their cemetery fund, at 6900 County Road 61, Florence, AL 35634.

Ms. Hazel, I am so sorry to hear of Mr. LT passing. I have loved you both through the years and had you on my mind recently. My prayers are with you and your family during this hard time. May God comfort you. Love you lots ! I remember you both working hard in the florist business and Mr. LT working at Greenview for all those years. I have never forgotten either of you.
