Franklin “Frank” E. Hunt, age 82, of Killen, Alabama, passed away September 11, 2021. No services are planned at this time. Williams Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Mr. Hunt was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Myrtle Hunt; daughter, Donna Hunt Romans; and eleven siblings.
Survivors include his loving wife of sixty-two years, Mary Edna Hunt; children, Buddy Hunt (Kim), Craig Hunt, Troy Hunt (Teresa), Ginny Swenia (Pete), Karen Ross (Gary) and Rex Rickard; sister, Teresa Carroll; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Mr. Hunt retired from the Sanitation Department, City of Florence. He was a songwriter with a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing. Before he went to Heaven he sang his last song, “There Will Be Peace in the Valley”.

What sweet memories we have with “Bro Frank!” We will always remember him as a man who loved Jesus, a hard worker, one who loved to bring a smile to others, & a giving & caring friend❤️✝️🙌🏼😌 Bro Frank was so talented & gifted, in many areas! His blessing was giving all he had to the service of our Lord, to help & bless others. Mrs. Edna & family are in our thoughts & prayers🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼 Mrs. Edna loves the Lord with all of her heart & her faith is strong, also✝️ We pray God’s comfort & peace, as we know she & family will miss Bro Frank so much! Praise God, they will be together again, forever🥰🙌🏼✝️☝🏼👑 This is a temporary separation, but always painful to be separated from those we love🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 One day, there will be “no mores!”… Hallelujah! Until then, we will “keep on keepin’ on,” as my daddy would say🥰✝️🙌🏼🙏🏼☝🏼 We love you & your family, Mrs, Edna ❤️ Hugs!
