Joyce Ann Stutts, 76, of Killen, passed away September 9, 2022. No services are planned at this time. Williams Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Mrs. Stutts was preceded in death by her parents, Alta and Ervin Burns; first husband, Kenneth C. Franks; second husband, Veat Stutts, Jr.; sister, Christine Fowler and Helton Burns.

Survivors include her children, Cynthia M. Franks and Kenneth C. Franks; brother, Harold Dotson (Wanda); grandchildren, Allison J. Franks and Kace Franks, III. Additional survivors include her niece, Crissie McMahan (Alan), Kimberly Quillin; and nephew, Shawn Dotson.

Mrs. Stutts enjoyed bird watching and working in her flower gardens. She also loved spending time with her grandchild and her faithful companions, puppies “Charlie & Sophie”. She really enjoyed visiting the mountains.
