Christopher Lynn Hill Jr., age 40, of Muscle Shoals, passed away August 30, 2023. Visitation will be Saturday, September 2, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home with service immediately following. The burial will be in Sheffield Oakwood Cemetery with Pastor Roger Reed officiating.

Chris is preceded in death by his sister, Kristi Michelle Hill.

Survivors include his parents, Jeff and Charlotte Risner; daughter, Aubrey Michelle Hill; son, Christopher L. Hill, III.; Aubrey and Christopher’s mom, Katie Hill. Additional survivors include his grandparents, Fred and Shirley Smith; brother, Jeffery Allen Risner; and numerous cousins.

Chris loved his children. He enjoyed music and fishing.

  7. My brother and I worked at Chik-Fil-A with Chris during our late high school and early college years. He was an excellent manager; even when the store was extremely busy I never worried that we would be overwhelmed by the number of customers. I knew when he was there, we would be fine.

    We had a good time working there, and I’ve been thinking back to some of the fun and conversations we had.

    We went fishing a couple of times together, and years later he bought a house in my parents’ neighborhood.

    I’m very sorry to hear that Chris has passed away.
