Reeder Glennis Wright, age 80, of Florence, Alabama passed away February 24, 2024. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 28 from 12:30 – 2:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home. The service will immediately follow with David Highland officiating.
He is preceded in death by his parents Berdie and Howard Wright; and brother, W. L. Wright.
Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, Joyce Wright; children, Randall Wright, and Kevin Wright (Michelle Vinson); and sister, Annette Ballentine. Additional survivors include grandchildren, Cody Wright, Haley Wright, Aiden Burbank, and Kailey Burbank; great-grandchildren, Trace Hayes, Sophia Burbank, Baylor Burbank, and Willow Burbank; and special dog Sam.
Mr. Wright enjoyed hunting, watching Andy Griffith, and Alabama Football. He was a member of Cloverdale Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
