Daniel Shearer Peterman age 89 of Florence, passed on June 5, 2024.  Services will be held in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 A.M till 11:00 A.M. in the chapel.  Billy Rye will be officiating. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum at Tri-cities Memorial Gardens following the chapel service.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.

He is preceded by his parents:  Arthur and Vera Peterman.  Two brothers:  William and Andrew Peterman. And two sisters; Barbara Troutman and Carol Hetzel

Daniel is survived by his wife of 64 years Sally Hutchison Peterman.  His children:  Holly Rickard (Mike), Danny T. Peterman, Shelley Durham (Alan), and Randy L. Peterman (Linda).  One brother, John Peterman (Corlene).  Seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Daniel was a member of Forest Hills Baptist Church.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his Family.
