David Paul King, 78, passed away suddenly March 25, 2025 at his home. No service is planned at this time.

David was born to Phillip and Hildegarde King on March 20, 1947 in Camden, N.J. and joined the U.S. Air Force at the age of 18. After serving for more than six years, he was honorably discharged and began his career in computer technology and maintenance, ultimately opening his own business in Houston, Texas where he resided. David was a huge sports fan and loved to play golf with his wife and friends. After retiring, David and his wife moved to Alabama to be close to family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law, daughter, Kasey; and daughter-in-law, Donna.

David is survived by his wife, Tona; sons, Vincent and Justin (Shelbie); grandchildren, Skyler, Roman, Audrey, Daniel (Denise), and Derrick (Kristan); great-grandchildren, Kayla, Cade, Devyn, Dakota, Caleb, and Lilly; three brothers-in-law and their family, as well as three sisters-in-law and their families.
