Agnus “Tootie” Louella Arthur age 70, of Florence, passed away on September 4, 2025. Memorial services were held privately.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Russel Earl McNeal Jr and Gladys Oreanna McNeal. Sister Gwen Smith, and her faithful companions and transition guides, Mokie, Rosco P. Coltrain, Dobie, and Sequia.

Tootie is survived by her sisters: Dee Albright, Clair Duckett (Micheal), Rhonda Rea McNeal, Charliee Baker (Billy). Four grandchildren: Chasity Fields, Brandi Nicole Iguchi (Collin), Austin Fields and Kathleen Renee Middleton (Johnny). Three great-grandchildren, Barrett Iguchi, Kevin Alexander Middleton, and Johnathon Ray Alexander.

Tootie was an avid animal lover, crafter and expert green thumb extraordinaire gardener.
