Jeffrey Lynn Gautney, born March 30, 1956, age 69, passed away on March 21, 2026. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 24^th from 12:00 noon until 1:30 pm at Williams Funeral Home of Florence. Graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Hale Cemetery with Phillip Marks officiating.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Hill, parents, William “Jabo” Gautney and Mary Edna Gautney, siblings, Joanne Butler (Freddie) and William Gautney, Jr., all of Killen. He is survived by siblings, Susan (Phillip) Marks, Teresa (Billy) Sykes, and Edward Gautney, special aunt, Patricia Woods, who stood by him through his illness, several aunts, uncles, cousins.

Jeffery was baptized at a young age. He attended Brooks High School and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He loved his dogs, Ginger and Max.
