Bob will be missed. He was a great man and as genuine and honest as anyone I’ve had in my life of 68 years.
LTC Kephart was a great and honest officer for the National Guard and the U,S. Army. He would assist you anyway that he could. He would never cut any corners but you knew you had the best information available. I admired him as a officer and as a man.
Joan. Bob and I were saddened by this news. You both have always been Florence friends. Know you are in our prayers
I am so sorry for your loss Mrs. Kephart. Former student Jonathan O’Rear.
