  1. Prayers for family! I was a high school classmate of AL’s. Our sincere condolences go out to the family. James and Pat Herring

  2. We are saddened to learn of Al’s sudden passing. He was so friendly and we will miss seeing him on our morning walks in the neighborhood. Al was a good neighbor to others and so friendly to the neighborhood dogs. He always provided treats for several dogs, especially “Patch and Fred.” May God Bless his family during this sad and most difficult time.🙏

  3. I’m so sorry for your loss. I have so many memories of Al working at Big B in Russellville. Praying for your comfort.

  4. I was so sorry to hear about Al. He gave me my first job as a pharm tech and is one of the reasons I became a pharmacist. He was always smiling and really treated all of his patients like family. I think fondly on the years I worked with Al, Darlene and Pearl. Your family will be in my thought and prayers.

  5. Al was a long time friend of my dad. He always was ready to help us in any way and he and my Dad, Henry J. Jones, shared many laughs together. Our family is praying for yours. Al will be greatly missed but there will be a coming reunion.

    With love and sympathy ,
    Cookie Jones

  6. Al was one of my roommates while I was in pharmacy school. I have nothing but fond memories of Al. Mine and his life parallel in so many ways I will not go into it but you could lay our lives side-by-side and you would see the similarities. Sorry I am late expressing sorrow but I only found out about Al’s passing this week which is August 28, 2022. I have not had any contact I by way of phone or in person with Al since May 1969. It just so happened last week his name came across my thinking and I felt compelled to try to find him and make contact and that’s when I spoke with some of the staff at the pharmacy and they gave me the news of his passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy in your loss he’s a very special friend I’m sure a great husband and father and to all those who knew him.

  7. Al was a longtime friend. My sincere condolences on his passing. Just learned of it today. He was the kind of friend time didn’t diminish. He was my pharmacist and my friend.
