Mr. Mullins was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Elaine Bell and father, Melvin Jerry Mullins, Sr.
He was survived by his stepmother, Wanda Gregory Mullins; wife, Trisha Mullins; and daughter, Santana Declue.

So sorry for ur loss i know how much he loved his daughter an grandchildren i had many conversations about them at group
I have know Gerald since i was a teen he went to high school with my daughters father an in the late 80s early 90s we all was found at macfarland he was a very sweet guy an will be missed
