Connie Lynn Castile Whitehead, age 64, of Florence passed away April 3, 2025. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
She is preceded in death by her father, Wesley Castile Jr; mother, Shirley Laverne Castile; grandsons, Hayden Butler, Brantley Burbank; and her fur baby Maggie.
Connie is survived by her daughters, April Burbank and Stacy Harviel (Joey); brothers, Terry Castile (Becky) and Ronnie Castile (Angie); sister, Balinda Gray (Mike); grandchildren, Hunter Butler (Amanda), Skyler Butler (Grace), Tyler Lenz, Summer Layton (Cole), Braxton Hampton; great-grandchildren, Jasper, Oakleigh, Paisley, Rylan, Hayden; nieces, Tiffany and Marissa; nephews; Heith, Jeremy, John, Mason; special niece, Heather Balentine (Josh); special great-nephew, Kayson; and the light of her days, her fur baby, Luna.
Connie graduated high school from Kossuth, Mississippi. She became a homemaker who loved her kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with a fierce passion. She loved her windchimes, flowers, cooking shows, coffee, and her porch time with her friends and family. If you knew Connie well, you knew she was a firecracker but would give you the shirt off her back. Connie’s presence will be deeply missed.

I love you Momma…
I’m going to miss you so bad sis.. we have had some great talks,laughs and a few disagreements ,but that was our way.Know that Luna is healthy ,happy eating well and I always show her a picture of you. I love you and tell everyone in heaven that we miss and love them.Till we can hug again know I loved you beyond measure!
