One Comment on “Floyd "Rusty" Parker”
Rusty was an inspiration to most anyone that knew him. He lived next door to my Grandparents (John and Pearl Acton).
He was an early bird and seems like he rarely slept – always busy.
He was a kind and very intelligent man and I will never forget the countless times I was around him. They don’t make people like this anymore and I will miss him.
