Susan Neubauer Sutton, age 87, of Killen, Alabama, passed away September 14, 2026. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Leon Sutton; parents, Vernon and Esther Neubauer; sister, Judy Piskos; and grandchild, Spencer Lowell Sutton.

Susan is survived by three sons, Lowell Scott Sutton (Robin), Stacy Lee Sutton (Tracie), and Michael Allen Sutton (Jamie); sister, Anna Marie Stohs; numerous grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

She was a graduate of Barnes Jewish School of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri, and a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. She was an RN nursing supervisor in Louisville, Kentucky and Florence, Alabama as well as TVA.  She found joy in tending to her flowers, gardening, and relaxing by her pool.
