Brenda Kay Garrard, age 65, of Collinwood, TN, passed away June 30, 2019. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 2, from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday, July 3, at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will be at Lindsay Chapel Cemetery.
Preceding Mrs. Garrard in death were her son, Jessie “J.J.” Garrard; parents, J.D. and Sarah Price; and brothers, Jerry Price, Clifford Price and Larry Price; and sisters, Marie Newton, Linda Hines and Vivian Gooch.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, James “Larry” Garrard; daughters, Wanda Staggs (Dewayne) and Seleana Olive (Scott); grandchildren, Keshia Staggs, Shayla Staggs, J.T. Olive, Brian Olive, Jessica Garrard and Keshia “K.K.” Balentine; great-grandchildren, Andon Ratterree, Travis Fankhauser and Isabell Fankhauser; and siblings, Janice Cody, Randy Price and Jessie Price.

RIP aunt brenda. At least your with jj in heaven. To all the family and friends, my prayers are with you and im sorry I cant be there with yall. My heart and prayers goes out to each and every one of you. Love hugs and kisses from georgia.
I will really miss calling you on your birthday which is just right around the corner. I really enjoyed sharing the same day with a most precious aunt and 2nd moma to me. I will always love you and miss you.
