Michael C. Forsythe, age 35, of Florence, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018.

Preceding him in death was his maternal grandparents, Wade and Dortha Patton; paternal grandparents, Edward D. and Louise Forsythe. Survivors are his wife, Callie R. Forsythe; mother, Charla Patton; father, Eddie Forsythe; children, Alexis Forsythe, Riley Forsythe, and Michael Forsythe, Jr.; sisters, Courtney Pullen and Shequanda Jenkins; brothers, Jason Means and Justin Michael.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 11th from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Spry~Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial.
