Geneva Smith
Geneva Smith, age 86, of Florence, passed away December 23, 2018. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 26, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Spry Williams Funeral Home. The service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Greg Daniel officiating. Burial will be at Gravely Springs in Florence.
Preceding her in death was her loving husband of 69 years, Hoss Smith her parents, Obie and Martha Baskins; son in law Edward Laster,and her siblings.
Survivors include her daughters Sue (James) Lindsey, Cathy Laster, sons Gerald (Rhonda ) Smith, Wade Smith. 5 Grandchildren, 5 Great grandchildren.
Charles Lindsey, Russell Laster, Luke Smith, Tyler Davenport, David McCreary, Casey Rogers will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Andy Eddins.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home, especially Mom’s friend Rose for their loving care. You may leave condolences at sprywilliams.com.

I’m so sorry for your loss. We love all of you and family. Prayers are with all of you at this time.
We are so sorry to hear about Mrs. Smith.. she was a very precious lady and we will miss her when we come to sing at LCNH.
