Jessie James Garrard, age 35, of Collinwood TN passed away May 23, 2019. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 29, 2019, from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. The funeral will be Thursday, May 30, at 12:00 noon in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Lindsey Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors include his parents, James and Brenda Garrard; daughters, Jessica Rena Garrard and Keshia Kay Balentine; sisters, Wanda Staggs (Dewayne) and Seleana Olive (Scott); neices and nephews, Keshia Staggs, Shayla Staggs, J.T. Olive and Brian Olive; and his fiance, Wendi Ricks and her children, Bryan, Aysia, Janila, Jonathan Rozinsk, and Kihael Ricks.

I’m truly sorry for what has happened. I know you guys are hurting really bad and I know you miss him. I’m sorry that it was him and not one that really deserves it. He was more than a friend he was my brother and you my mother and father with 2 more sisters. I remember being a little guy running around the streets with him and always running away and him returning my butt home first to your house mom & pops and only after my butt chewing from was I allowed to go home to get an ass whooping lol. There were so many things to do he and I and was never supposed to happen like this. I still feel his presence around me all the time and I really miss him but at the same time I feel like his not really gone at all my head is just so spun and confused right now, but as we promised each other that we would take care of eacb others families if something was to happen to oil ne of us. I love every single one of you. I’m really sorry and I’ll be there when ever got need me. Especially you KK and Momma.
