  1. Donna, I am so sorry to hear about Donnie’s passing. He certainly will be missed by everybody who
was fortunate enough to know him.
I’ll be in touch. Love you 🌹

  2. Donna, my fondest remembrance of Donnie was when he sang happy birthday to me on my sixtieth birthday. It was such an unexpected surprise and pleasure. That was a decade ago and it still brings a smile to my face.

NIKKI and I are praying for you through these terrible times. Please call us if you need anything. Just knowing you and Donnie was a joy. Larry will now have his buddy and I’m happy for that because he loved Donnie like a brother.

  4. Donna, Mark and I would like to express our sympathy. Donnie was a good man and an amazing talent. Please let us know when the memorial celebration is planned. We really would like to attend.

  5. Mrs. Fritts, you don’t know me. I’m just one of the millions of fans who enjoyed seeing Donnie at shows over the years. I loved his music, his playing, and his innate sweetness. I was staggered to read the news of his death. It’s a great loss for those of us who only knew him from the venue seats, and an even more grievous loss for you, his friends and family. God grant you peace and fill your heart with all the good memories. I loved the short documentary about him. He was gone too soon.

  6. Donnie…Thank you for bringing me your beautiful song “People Like Me”…and the smile on your face when you walked through my door with hand out holding the cassette is unforgettable, as are you….My deepest condolences to your family..

  7. Donna , it was great meeting you and we loved the CDs! Glad I got a chance to meet Donnie. I’ll miss the both of you. We are praying for you and your family
