John Thomas Scott, age 68, passed away November 30, 2019. Services will be announced at a later date.
John was a native of Canada, and moved to the United States when he was 15 years of age. He was a naturalized citizen of the United States, serving in the U.S. Army for three years, much of that time in Germany.
John was a professional mover by trade. He loved boating and riding his Harley. His biker friends knew him as “Gray Hog”. He was also an animal lover and gifted storyteller, loving to reminisce about his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Philip and Doris Scott. Survivors include his daughter, Star Scott Hyde; grandchildren, Emma Rose Hyde and Peter Scott Hyde; and brother, Robert Patrick Scott.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
