Shirley Pauline Hawk Pullen, age 73, of Sheffield, passed away August 15. 2020. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Pullen was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis Hawk, Sr. and Mae Belle Hamm; and brother, Ellis Hawk, Jr. Survivors include her husband, Killis Pullen; children, Troy Pullen of Miami, FL, Steven Pullen of St. Augustine, FL, and Beth Kelley of Muscle Shoals; grandchildren, Chip Kelley, Catherine Nicole Pullen, Carson and Dakota; brother, Larry Hawk of California; brothers in law, sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
She loved painting and playing the piano. She and her husband moved to St. Augustine, FL in 1983, where she was a member of the Anastasia Baptist Church. They recently relocated to the Shoals area. She was loved by many.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Encompass Hospice for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Spry-Williams Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.

She is happy now.
She was my cousin. My mother and her father were brother and sister. She lived with my mother and my family for a short period of time. She was a quiet person and soft spoken. Then she moved away and I didn’t get to see her but a few times after that.
God bless her and keep her by his side. Loved you, Pauline.
