David Todd Haugseth, age 69, of Florence, passed away January 15, 2019.
Per his request there will be no services.
David was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Roy K and Gloria Andresen Haugseth. He attended the University of Alabama and later worked at Metals Recovery and Americycle. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Haugseth and son, Todd Haugseth. He leaves a son Hunter (Hebard) Haugseth; father, Roy Haugseth; sister, Rhea Haugseth; brothers, Mike (Judy)Haugseth, Bill Haugseth and Paul Haugseth; granddaughters, Camille and Ann Hayes Haugseth; nieces, Leigh Gregory and Cari Mckenzie; and nephews Eric Haugseth and Tyler Haugseth
He was an avid fan of Alabama football and Nascar. His favorite driver was Jeff Gordon.

I can still see you sitting at the bar at CC’s drinking Cutty and cigarette in your hand. I never figured out how you could cross those skinny legs so tight. You were always current on the latest world happenings, and quick witted and easy to talk to. What a crew you all were back then. I loved your for your easy laid back personality, probably a little too laid back for some but never the less I always thought you were cool. I can picture you in heaven with some old ripped up pair of well worn shorts and a polo with a beat up pair of boat shoes. You will be smiling.
