  5. This was heartbreaking news. Bill was a good man with a good heart. I have fond memories of him coming to Gavin’s baseball games, and spending time with us, and taking all of his employees and their wives out for Christmas Dinner. He was always wearing a smile. My heart aches for all of you. Prayers for all the family and his employees and friends for comfort and peace. He was so loved, and will be missed by so many. Rest high on that mountain Bill.

  6. Bill was a very generous and friendly person. He always was the first to give and the most generous when we were accepting donations in Sunday School to help someone in need. My favorite memory of him is how encouraging he was during my first 5k run. It was at Joe Wheeler state park. He ran the entire course (encouraging me as he passed) then came back and ran with me to the finish line. Bill will be missed!

  7. I enjoyed talking with Bill many times, he will be missed. Prayers and thoughts to the family.

  8. My family lived in Killen in the late 90’s. When we moved, Bill, along with several others from FBC Killen, arrived at our house with his truck and trailer to help. He didn’t really know us, however, he was so very kind to us. His kindness and generosity have never been forgotten.

  9. I enjoyed talking and getting to know Bill. He always had a smile for us. He will be missed by the bus dri ers at Wilson School. Rest in peace Bill.

  10. Bill had the ability to make anyone smile. I learned so much working with Bill for 2-3 years after school days during high school. He always made sure you knew how to do something before you left the shop. Such good conversations and just overall a real genuine person. Will always remember him as Uncle Bill! My thoughts and prayers are with you all! Love

  11. Such a nice young, hardworking guy who worked with my deceased husband, Wayne Brooks We all loved Bill!

  12. I only knew Bill through his profession. He did the cabinet work for a house I remodeled. Such a personable likable professional. He was very open and easy to talk to. My favorite conversations with him were about Nashville music and sheep farming. Gone way to soon… prayers for his family and friends. So glad I met him (and his beautiful four legged companion) 🙏🏻

  13. So sorry for your loss. I met Bill when he did some cabinet work for my sister. He was a ver nice man
