David Paul Richardson, age 87, of Florence, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Graveside service will be Friday, March 10^th at 2:00 pm at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens with Brother Dale Boren officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Charles Risener, David Richardson, Jordan Risener, Richard Atkins, Brent Scott, Roman Padgett, and Ryland Scott.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Lindy Richardson; brothers, Benton and Jerry Richardson; sisters, Leona Richardson McKelvey and Pauline Richardson Phillips.

Survivors are his wife, Drucilla Richardson; children, Shirley Risener (Charles), David Richardson, and Brenda Richardson (Roman Padgett); 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and his “Good Little Boy”, Riley.

Paul was a member and previous deacon and Sunday school leader at Florence Blvd Church of Christ in which he loved his church family.

In-lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Alabama Children’s Home.
